World Food Night 2019; Music, dancing & a whole lot of food!
As part of Refugee Week 2019, NAT held a World Food Night on 14th June at All Souls Community Centre. Over 100 people attended and almost half of them were refugees or asylum seekers. As usual, the food, a mix of African and Middle Eastern, was delicious and went quickly! We were treated to Iranian music from local drumming collective, Arnica and poetry written and read by one of our residents, Mirriam. There was music from DJ Simba who got everyone up on the dance floor! Take a look at the gallery below showcasing all the highlights!
